Lowell Works Case Notifications
Lowell Works Case Notifications is an informational messaging program. Authorized case workers use it to ask their clients to contact them about a case and to provide related administrative communication. The program does not send marketing or promotional messages.
- Consent: You receive messages only after providing your mobile number and agreeing to receive informational texts from your case worker or participating organization. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
- Frequency: Message frequency varies based on case activity. Messages may be recurring.
- Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's terms and rates govern.
- Help: Reply HELP for help or email hello@lowellworks.com.
- Opt out: Reply STOP to opt out at any time. You may receive one final confirmation message, and then no further messages will be sent through the program unless you opt in again.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery and program availability may vary by carrier and location.
Eligibility and acceptable use
You may use Lowell Works only as permitted by law and these Terms. You may not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, misuse another person's information, or use the service to violate the rights of others. Organizational customers are responsible for authorizing their users and ensuring their use complies with applicable law.
Service availability
We work to keep Lowell Works reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may maintain, change, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary. Do not rely on SMS for emergencies or time-sensitive situations that require immediate action. If you face an emergency, contact the appropriate emergency service directly.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information, including mobile information and messaging consent records. By using the service, you acknowledge that policy.
Third-party services

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lowell Works is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. Lowell Works supports administrative workflows and communications; it does not provide legal advice or replace the judgment of authorized professionals.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Civitas Labs LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use Lowell Works. Any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded will be limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Changes and termination
We may update these Terms from time to time by posting the revised version and changing the effective date. Continued use after an update means the revised Terms apply. We may restrict or terminate access when needed to protect the service, comply with law, or address a violation of these Terms.
General terms
These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement regarding the public website and messaging program unless a separate written agreement applies. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
